Remember how a couple of weeks ago I shared a video of TheSilenTreatment [Official, Myspace, Facebook] with you and mentioned that they were participating in Playlist7? Awesome news! We were just invited to the party
Thanks to Microsoft and ReverbNation, you can download our song, “Symbols in the Legend” for free by clicking here and then finding us under the contenders list! This will be available for a short time only. Even if you own Lensing [iTunes], please take a moment to download the song. The band with the most downloads will get a check from the boys in Redmond and that would be a hell of a way for us to start the new year!
Would you like to help us drive the most downloads? Is being a musical trendsetter not enough? No worries; we’ve put together a little contest for you to make this fun. If we win, we will send the person who helped us drive the most downloads a free shirt of his or her choosing from our online merch store! All you need to enter is a Twitter account and some tweeps! Here’s the deal:
- Follow us on Twitter and mention us in a tweet with your intention to win our contest, e.g. “@atris your shirt is mine!”
- E-mail, tweet, phone, page, Facebook your friends and direct them to download our song on Playlist7.
- After your friends have downloaded our song, have them mention both you and atris in a tweet so we can know they were referred by you, e.g. your friend writes: “Thanks @yournamehere for introducing me to @atris’ music. Just downloaded their song on playlist7!”
If we win, we will tally up the results and direct message the winner on Twitter to claim one of these babies:
